Entertainment Weekly interviews Neil Patrick Harris. They discuss how Doctor Horrible came about and mention Joss Whedon is working on extras for the DVD release. While filming is wrapped and a rough cut put together it is still unknown how Doctor Horrible will be released on the web .

Mondo Musicals discusses Doctor Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog:
“Doctor Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog” is a forthcoming venture from Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Firefly). It’s a musical comedy in blog format, apparently, starring Neil Patrick Harris as Doctor Horrible, a low-rent super-villain, with Firefly’s Nathan Fillion and Buffy’s Felicia Day. This promises to be something interesting! Whedon is a well-known fan of musicals, and created his own “mondo musical” with the acclaimed “Once More With Feeling” episode of Buffy. Stay tuned!
The Ventura County Star talks with Neil Patrick Harris about ‘How I Met Your Mother” and his his involvment with Doctor Horrible.
“We’re all very excited about it,” Harris said. “I just watched a rough cut with Nathan and Felicia, and we were giddy, as were they, so I have high expectations for it.”
On her Blog today, Felicia Day links to an in-depth podcast interview she did for “How I WoW”. In it she talks about how Joss came to write Doctor Horrible during the strike. He had seen “The Guild” and he rang her up and asked if she could sing.
Felicia also says she has seen the rough cut (without special effects) and it looks brilliant. She doesn’t know when it’s going to be released but it will be before ComicCon (July) possibly as early as the end of May. Felicia also says she’ll be attending ComicCon with “The Guild”.
It’s an interesting and fun podcast (total length 1hr 15min), with the Doctor Horrible reference one hour in.
