The comment about the base being Silver and not Green is a comment that things not being green enough, meaning the next Dr Horrible will be made from 100% recycled material.(ie clips and cuttings from other bits of Whedons work). Meanwhile, the fact there is a captain hammer slogan in the background is a red-hearing. Its actualy not "Corporate Tool" but "T-001". Thus; Captain Hammer is going to be recycled by Dr Horrible into the first model Terminator! Presumably to fight off SCC fans who think their cancellation was to do with Dollhouse's renewal. Bingo!
