i dont understand. i live in canada(ten minutes drive to the US border) and it will NOT work. is there anywhere else to watch it free?

Tried everything to see this — disabled everything Symantec and Norton in MSCONFIG, shut down a lot of stuff using Services.msc. Still no dice. If anyone on Rogers Hi-Speed has gotten this to work, post it here (with more instructions than “disable your firewall).

This strikes me as nothing more than a cash grab — You can’t see it, but you can buy it!!! Well, no thanks, Joss. Season 8 comics were pretty poor, Dollhouse looks poor, and now this.

I am off the Joss-wagon.

I live in Canada and was able to watch it. It was FANTASTIC!!!! Typical Joss, another great production. Can’t wait for Act 2 & 3. Have already downloaded it from I-Tunes.

Seriously everyone needs to chill. I am also out of the US and can’t watch it yet. I too am really upset, but come on! Are you really going to blame Joss and his team for being US centric. They did something new and amazing and FREE! There are some problems, but that was to be expected. I was able to try it this morning at work, and it worked (in Spain). I couldn’t watch all of it at the time (boss watching) so I was really excited to get home and see it, and now I can’t. I think maybe the site is overcrowded- who knows, But stop with this BS of only Americans can watch it. So instead on crying about it I am now going to go buy it on itunes.

Doctor Horrible is the bestest.

I love sing-alongs. Sometimes I sing during meetings at work, sort of like Muzak with words. It seems to make some people angry and others just get up and leave, but overall I think people appreciate it.
