YESSSS! I’ve been waiting for this moment literally all summer. Found out via Facebook (having declared myself a fan by joining the Dr. Horrible group-thing), and am a little bit ecstatic right now…

This is exciting, but… please, please, please, PLEASE release an actual CD and/or a non-iTunes download!

I don’t use iTunes, but I REALLY want to give you my money!

Just visited the liner notes/lyrics section and found: “The grade that you recieve’ll be your last, we swear.” “I” before “E” except after “C,” guys.

I rushed over to iTunes and bought the album as soon as I read this - fantastic! Can’t wait for the video over here in the UK, though. Come on, guys, let’s get this to the top of UK iTunes - can’t let the US have all the kudos.

Huzzah! Have purchased in the Australian store and it’s downloading fine. Good quality work with the files too. Like Jennifer says, bring on the series!

    Bah, iTunes. Not happy >:(

Release it DRM free so I can play it on my mp3 player and not just on my computer and then I’ll buy it. Also, when will the actual show be available internationally? I really don’t understand how you can have an Internet release like this and not get it sorted so that it’s available internationally.

as Lasse R said: these are DRM free. They’re .m4a files and can be converted to mp3 if necessary.

Even if it is DRM free, some people don’t download/install software because all-in-all it is a POS. iTunes, to me, is one of those programs. I do look forward to a CD release, or possibly CD/DVD release - and I will pay 10x as much as whatever it costs to get it from iTunes to have it. Cash is one thing I will barter for this amazing soundtrack, compromising my system isn’t unfortunately :( . However, since it is DRM free - I will see if I can buy it through a 3rd party (legally). If not - I guess I will wait.

That’s also my problem with iTunes being the only option. I’m happy (more than happy!) to send them my money, but I’m not willing to install iTunes in order to do it.

When/if I can order a physical CD, or pay for some kind of direct download (that doesn’t require me to install extra software on my system), I’ll be all over it!

I too would buy this, but not via iTunes. C’mon guys, it is a groundbreaking thing you are doing here. Don’t swallow the “iTunes is the only way to sell our work on the Internet” pill!

DRM free you say? I was going to avoid it because I thought it’d be locked down like the video were on iTunes. However, now that I know they’re not… I’m in!
