Dr Horrible himself tweeted about an hour ago that they had won the Emmy for ‘Outstanding Special Class – Short-Format Live-Action Entertainment Program’:

The Official Notice is up on the Emmy’s website and Zack Whedon posted a picture of the envelope with the result. Earlier Mo Tancharoen had tweeted pictures of the limo ride to the award ceremony and the view from their seats. And Nathan Fillion has just posted this picture of the award.
