I'm looking for a photo Dr. Horrible after his transformation. Does anyone have or know where one is?
I know he has a red coat and black gloves, but what else changed?

The goggles are the same; we don't really see his pants, but I would guess that khaki doesn't really go well with the red coat, and he would have changed to a black pair.

yeah, the biggest problem is, at best, we see a medium shot of him. So even saying he wears black boots is just assumption due to the color change of the gloves.
My concern is what kind of pants in regards to material. Just slacks? or something more like BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) pants?

I think that he would have switched to black boots as well, just to look spiffy.

According to this post: http://lifeofreilly.livejournal.com/597100.html?page=2 by the guy who owns the house they filmed part of the movie in, he wore dark red pants "The kind of color that blood doesn't show up on." and black boots.

Sorry, but I don't think he's wearing khakis. They look more like medical scrubs that are light grey. Which would make more sense since he's Dr. Horrible.

He would probably go with black or red scrubs with the red coat
