Hey – anybody hear anything about when we'll find out who made it "in?" I realize they'll need time to review all the apps – I just need to know when it would be best to be giddy with anticipation:-) Since everybody else is doing it – I guess it's only appropriate that the Average chic posts her video too. Enjoy all!
Here's the low-down on some of my favorite applications (which is to say Tur-Mohel, mine, and then a handful of others that aren't getting enough attention).
A lot of people have been complaining that "top ten" lists consist mainly of Vimeo submissions and that great productions posted on YouTube have been lost in sheer number of submissions. My original top ten were posted at Whedonesque, and in response to the replies I've started to sift through all the youtube submissions.
If you want to check out some great YouTube submissions (especially ones with puppets!) you can see the list at: http://is.gd/4op4
If you don't check that link out, at least search and find "Evil Robot", "The Reverend" and "Lady Laday" submissions on YouTube.
Check out the interview I did for Episode #20 of The Signal podcast (http://signal.serenityfirefly.com/). Les, Wayne, and I discuss (among other things) the ELE application process, the great production quality of the submissions, and how Whedon's a jerk for that two week deadline.

Hi!
Like everyone else I'm sure, I was kind of bummed that my video wasn't included on the DVD. So I thought I'd post it here just in case anyone feels like watching.
