I wish there were pics of the costumes for the villians in that meeting room in the scene close to the end as with Dragoncon coming up I've looked but cannot find anything on any of them sigh.

I thought Johnny Snow was a hero, not a villain. You know… since he wanted to be Dr. Horrible's arch nemisis and that postion has already been filled by Captain Hammer?

Johnny Snow seems like a wanna-be hero, he wants to fight Dr. Horrible to prove himself. There's no indication of any other reason behind the 'grudge match' (unless he's failed to foil one of Horrible's previous plans?)

Fairly certain that Johnny Snow is a wannabe hero in the sort of way that Dr. H is a (mostly) wannabe villain. But this list was mentioning both heroes and villains, so yes, he belongs on it

Oh, I didn't mean he shouldn't be on the list. Just adding my two cents. When I watched Nathan Fillion's interview with Alan Tudyk, I thought Alan would be an interesting Johnny Snow if he gets any screen time in future installments.

That tells me that they are a duo…

You "bait" someone and then "switch" the outcome.
Sometimes, it's said you bait someone and give them the switch.
In the former sense, it could be one person doing the baiting and switching. In the latter sense (which is funnier IMHO), it could be two people with one person being the bait and the other being the switch.

One presumes that Bait is, um, the bait – fairly attractive. And Switch is, well, from their reaction… not so attractive.

Exactly – two people.
In fact, I believe that Moist and the Pink Pummeler are with Bait and Switch at the party. Moist finally got Bait now that he is "cool" because of his association with Dr. Horrible.

Yeah, I think Moist and Conflict Diamond are the men and Bait and Switch are the women.
