We watched Act 1 shortly after midnight Eastern time last night, were appropriately awed, and wrote to remind all our friends. Woke up, though, to e-mails that our friends were not able to view it on http://www.drhorrible.com starting as early as 7am Eastern/4am Pacific. The site stalled out loading the index page. Same was true of the Act I page. Once my friend Phil got the message, "This video is no longer available."

So what was the deal – was it just jammed due to high traffic? If so, does that change Joss's strategy?
