Kinda on topic, kinda off. I know that I just had the brilliantly heartbreaking experience of watching the final installment of Doctor Horrible, and my mind is still buzzing. But that’s partly because I also just watched the most recent episode of Doctor Who to be released in the US, “Turn Left,” in which Russell T. Davies (the writer) showed himself to have plotlines almost as twisted as Whedon’s.
So I’m curious if anyone else here watches Doctor Who and has interpretations of either Doctor show.

I'm a MASSIVE fan of Doctor Who, and of Dr. Horrible, of course.
So which season are you up to in the US? We've finished Season 4 and are waiting on the 2009 specials. Have you heard the bad news regarding David Tennant…?
Although, you've just given me a brilliant idea… NEIL PATRICK HARRIS AS THE 12TH DOCTOR PLZKTHX!!!!

I'd love to see David Hewlett as the next Dr - or even Nathan Fillion would be fun. Unfortunately, neither of them are British…

Neither is NPH, although he did a nice Scottish accent when he played Toby in the Sweeney Todd concert. Dunno if they'd allow that but still… one can hope
I can't think of anyone that could surpass David Tennant, though.
