I'd love to see karaoke versions of some (or, you know, all) of the songs. Especially if I could get versions where only one voice was missing (in those songs where multiple characters are singing together). I'd love to sing Penny's parts while NPH sang Billy's, that sort of thing.
What can I say, I love the songs!
Of course, I'd love a Dr. H action figure, more t-shirt designs, a hoodie, wallpapers, a ringtone or 3, soundtrack, DVD…

Action figures, most definitely. Both regular style action figures and perhaps some more stylized in-action figures sort of like the Kevin Smith/View Askew figures.

I'm not much of a merchandise-buying person, but Commentary the Musical? I'm sold on the DVD. I hope they also have outtakes, bloopers, etc. and in general lots of extras (I mean, it's a 43-minute show, so there's plenty of room on the disc).

Well other then the soundtrack, I would like to see karaoke versions of the songs (encoded on the disc properly, with lyrics, so you can use a karaoke machine. I have access to one…)
And of course, The fan shirts (Dr. Horrible, and Captian Hammer) in colors other than red…

I think the University of Pheonix is offering a degree program for Horribleness.  (Sorry. I just couldn't help myself.)
(Well. I could have helped myself, but I guess I didn't want to bad enough… or actually, I did help myself to a bad joke. So… why is it said that someone couldn't help themselves when they do something they feel they might regret?)
