I noticed on the DVD at the beginning that the FBI warning changes to an ELE warning. It goes by really fast though. Does anyone have a screen capture of it? Or has anyone been able to write it down? XD I've watched it three times but I never read the whole thing.

What you see in the screenshot above is basically all there is.  I imagine that to see it "properly" you'd have to be using some kind of ripping program that shows a preview as it's ripping — and while I'm sure that there's at least one around that probably does that, I've certainly never seen one.  Then again, I don't make a habit of ripping DVDs.

It's really easy to see it "live" if you've got a PC, though.  As long as you've got VLC or MPC or a similar raw media player installed, just open up the DVD in Explorer and double-click on VTS_13_1.VOB.
